Data Driven Decision Making The No Child Left Behind Act places a greater emphasis than ever on your school's need for a systemic improvement plan. As a national leader in corporate performance improvement training, Executive Learning, Inc. developed the Quality Schools initiative. With this system, your staff can learn the philosophy, tools, and methods necssary to restructure and improve operations. Designed for administrators, faculty, and staff in public and private K-12 educational settings, our Quality Schools curriculum can be used for staff development at the school or system level.
Rather than an external, cookie-cutter solution, the Quality Schools method draws out the expertise embedded in the experience of your staff. The methodology encourages the organization to address processes that need improvement rather than pointing blame at particular people. Using Pareto analysis and other tools, your staff will be able to identify improvement projects that will deliver improvement most efficiently. If you need faster results, our experienced consultants can help accelerate the improvement process as well as teach your staff how to create a system of ongoing improvement. Designed for delivery in two-hour segments, the curriculum teaches staff how to engage in data driven decision making, how to form collaborative teams for improving operations and teaching, and how to evaluate changes to determine their effectiveness. It may be taught to key leaders in its entirety or broken up in segments to be learned by teams in sessions scheduled throughout the year. We have a variety of levels at which you may begin the training. From most intense to least intense:
However you would like to approach teaching your staff the critical elements of Quality Improvement in Education, we have a resource that fits your schedule and budget.
